Digital Devilry is all about clean, functional design.  Started in 2001 as a graphics design and media shop, Digital Devilry began making a real web presence in late 2003 designing web sites and informational portals for small businesses in the central Texas area.  Business thrived and as the business model evolved and became more focused on CMS and CSS based workflows,  a new product line was born.   Theme (aka template) based design allows for a more flexible method of content delivery for our customers.  Very few designs are authored using a page by page design, but it is still popular for smaller, informational sites.

All projects, large or small, will enjoy "Paperless PM" as part of the design process.  You will have access to proof of concepts, prototypes, and delivery files.  You can use online tools to post comments, ask questions, and build an archive of critical project communication so you can track the progress of your design. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!  You can also track your invoices, payments, and even print PDF versions of all receipts at your convenience.

Your project and deliverables are kept online for two years in case you ever need to revisit your files or download them again.

We also understand that many web designers have turned to managing online content, graphics, and media for themselves, rather than page layout, browser compatibility, mobile web, and navigation.  Now more than ever, there is a divide between those who manage the content side of web design, and those who manage user interface design, graphics, and layout.

We saw this trend coming and re-structured our business model to match.  We now offer site themes and templates that our customers can use to create custom pages, add content and media to, or just give a solid starting point for a new design.

Sound odd for a business model??? It might, but this is direction web design is going and WE ARE LEADING THE WAY!  More customers want to hire professional copytext writers and eMarketing consultants to manage content.  As the web design market matures, more and more IT professionals are specializing, which makes these services more available and affordable to small enterprise owners.

Into the Future

As the 2011 and 2012 years come we will continue growth of our themes and templates store adding new product every month.  We will also continue to support 3rd party market places to market less expensive "budget" themes and templates for those seeking to purchase products in the under-$35 price range.  Premium themes and templates will remain exclusive to this site.

Look forward to CSS3 and HTML5 based widgets and modules as these technologies become more stable and reach global adoption.  We are currently looking for freelance developers to create new products for us and look forward to continued success in this arena.

Meet the Staff

ENRIQUE GOMEZ

Principal Web Designer

Enrique is a pedigreed IT Professional who now manages Digital Devilry part time in addition to his duties for a US Government Agency where he serves as a Senior IT Project Manager.  For years Enrique has operated as a freelance IT consultant and designer, and now enjoys the role he likes best- web design and development.  In his spare time, he designs themes and templates and works behind the scenes to make the web magic happen.  His is an accomplished Software Engineer, IT Project Manager, Media and Graphics Guru.

Apart from soft skills in design, coding, and graphics art he also has hard skills.  Enrique is a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) and ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He likes to say he "carries a brush and a really big bat."

His background is in ERP, Business Intelligence, Web Portals, and Front End Design.

HOPE GOMEZ

Principal Graphics and Media Artist

Hope is the backbone of the support team and principal graphics designer for Digital Devilry.  Accomplished at all types of media including graphics, animation, vector art, and font design she can readily support any of your graphic needs.  Her tools of choice are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Quark Express.  If you need a logo design, banner, advertisement, or icon design look no further.  It doesn't matter if you need a design for letterhead or the side of an eighteen wheeler- She can get it done.

If your project is in need of phone support, it will be her sweet voice at the other end.  So say "Hi" and relax... 'cause you're in great hands!
