What is this "A' La Carte" pricing?

AOur pricing strategy is simple. All designs, whether based on a CMS like Drupal or stand alone HTML sites, are built on design frameworks. These frameworks allow for widgets and modules to be added to create special functions or visual elements. The customer decides what is needed and what is not.

Other design firms create pre-packaged site designs. Sound familiar??? "A website with a total of 10 pages including a contact page, home page slider, portfolio, faq, and video player...for only $750!"

That doesn't help the start-up that needs a single "landing page" with count down clock, social media integration, pop-up contact form, and sliding content. That sounds way cooler and you don't pay for portfolio or faq pages that would just get deleted. This is a design for a single power-packed page that combines the functionality of six pages into one clean, layered home page.

Small Enterprise website design has very specific challenges and functional needs. These require specialized expertise during the planning and design phases. We don't claim to be the best, or the most cutting edge. In fact there are many web design firms out there that we respect, admire, and have developed relationships with. What makes us unique is the ability to translate small enterprise needs into designs that have a BIG $$$ RETURN $$$ on the bottom line.

Small enterprises usually have limited budgets, aggressive needs, and expect to have quick, massive return on the investment. Conversely, they also typically do not know what is needed to create that impact and usually fall-back on what they know best- traditional marketing. This is the most common mistake in first round designs that usually end in failure (NO $$$!!!).

Small enterprises also are usually the most reluctant to embrace paperless technologies like online CRM, HelpDesks, Trouble Ticket Management Systems, and social media even through SMALL ENTERPRISE HAS THE MOST TO GAIN from these technologies. We help bridge the knowledge gap to show how even the smallest company can implement these solutions with MINIMAL FUSS, TRAINING, OR COST.

What is Paperless PM?

APaperless Project Management ("PM") refers to our method of managing each and every project we do- big or small. Each project is assigned a user ID to log onto our Online Project Management Tool to review various parts of each project. This includes:

  • Preview Graphics, Proof of Concepts, and Drafts

  • Test Mock Ups and Prototypes

  • Access Invoices and Billing

  • Print PDFs of Reciepts

  • Add comments to any pages or files

  • Track changes and updates

  • Communicate with designers or share thoughts with your team.. All from within the tool!

  • Never hassle with email frustrations again!

  • Download your final deliverables
And, we keep your project pages alive for two years in case you need to access files, billing information, or downloads.

I AM READY! What do I need to get started?

AThe process is simple. Here are some suggested first steps. We recommend you do a little homework before submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) so we have a better starting point.


  • Contact us using any of our site contact forms or fill out the New Project Survey

  • Do a little homework. We will send you a project survey to complete prior to our consultation. We will need to know things like:

    1. What are your top 3 business goals for this site?
    2. What are your top 3 technical goals for this site? (Examples: I want an HD video on the home page. I want an image slider. I want online forms and surveys... etc.)
    3. What is your proposed budget?
    4. What is your proposed time line and/or final delivery date?
    5. What special services will you need in addition to design? (Graphics design, logo design, video production, copy-text writing or editing, etc.)

  • Fill out the online survey

  • View our short design presentation. Demo the Paperless PM tool.

We follow-up with a free consultation to discuss your project, We can begin to gather design requirements, discuss possible solutions, and propose suitable technologies. By the end of this meeting most firms are ready to decide to hire us. Pricing will not be discussed at this meeting (Yo- can see our Ala-Carte pricing to get a general idea!).

Within two days we follow up with a preliminary proposal and price quote. We prefer to negotiate pricing and services at that point. We are so confident in our pricing and the quality of our work, we assure you that this part of the process will be painless... In fact, often it is quite fun!

We schedule a contract meeting to hash out the details of delivery, schedule, milestones, and payment terms. A design will be presented that will show the technical and functional model of your site along with a matrix that matches each site requirement to the delivered design module.

Depending on your geographic location, these meetings could be held over the phone, video conference, or in person.

Then what...??? The project will go through the following stages: Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Delivery.
