Project Description: Small site with landing page gallery to showcase products

Project Goals:

Showcase an incredible collection of cakes for various occasions.  

Visual User Interface Improvements (Web Design):

jQuery based slider gallery with fade in overlayed on a dark theme to place focus on cakes.

Functional Improvements (Web Development):

Site function tested to look good in mobile browser.  Expectation is that customers can look at examples of cakes on mobile phones while talking to business owners at various functions.  The business owner is a strong partner with the local churches and community leaders and will most likely have a need to present her products while on-the-go.  Site is designed to look and function good on smaller displays.

Marketing:  

Basic contact form and SEO prep.

Content:

All site content is new.

Graphics Design:

All graphics created from scratch.  New logo.  Gold accents and custom site background.

Planned Future Enhancements:

Constant updates and enhancement to:

• Cake Blog
• New cakes added to portfolio
