FOR DELIVERY OF DIGITAL GOODS:

We require an email address of all purchases of digital goods like: web templates, web widgets, or graphic designs.

FOR HELP-DESK SUPPORT:

We require an email address to use and communicate through our online help-desk dashboard.

FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

Our client project management and invoicing system will require one or more email addresses and contact information. This information is used for project management use only and will be removed from our servers two years after completion and delivery of your project, to include all project deliverable files, contact information, and paperless invoicing data. 1and1.com

We are an affiliate of 1and1.com hosting, our hosting provider of choice, and provide a link to their web page. The affiliate link may entitle you to discounts or promotions, but no data is shared with 1and1.com. The affiliate link allows for discounts to preferred Digital Devilry customers and awards us a modest commission if the user subscribes.

EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Email subscription delivery is handled on a managed server by Digital Devilry. At no time is your private information shared or sold and you may opt out of the subscription at anytime. We value your privacy and will guard it to the death!
